1. Order Processing & Shipping Fee

2. Estimated Delivery Times
Because our products ship from partner facilities, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order on our website or via international tracking platforms such as 17Track.
Tracking Updates:
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created. If tracking does not show immediate movement, rest assured — your order is on its way.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
This means:

Customs fees are uncommon for most home goods but may vary by country
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at support@staplespace.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once processing has begun, we cannot modify or cancel the shipment.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Your satisfaction is our priority.
Damaged Items:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Staplespace is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after tracking shows “Delivered”
